Take a bowl add besan,salt,turmericand curd mix add water make a smooth batter and rest in 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take a pressure cooker add water and set a stand.
Take a cake mould greased .
Take a besan batter add eno fruit salt mix and pour in cake mould .
Cake mould set in pressure cooker cover with lid but without whistle.
After 20 minutes dhokla steamed.
Take a pan add water and sugar mix make a sugar syrup.
Take a another pan add oil and mustardseeds crackle then add slitted green chillies,curry leaves and chopped green coriander saute few seconds then add sugar syrup.
Dhokla cut in pcs and garnish sugar syrup.
Besan dhokla ready to serve.
